Minutes of parish council meetings
Pakenham is a small village with an electorate of approximately 700 situated in the Borough of St Edmundsbury.
The heart of the village is a conservation area and there is ribbon development along a winding lane towards the flood plain and the mere.
The village also boasts a watermill and a windmill both of which are open to the public.
